"Easy read" according to Thomas. This book is well written and makes Real Estate Law easy to understand. I am definitely enjoying studying this topic and the book is a big part of that.. Great! Everything is really good, but there is a little defect on the hardcover. It does't matter and can be neglect.. "Did not receive the right edition" according to Mary Whigum. The book I order was to be a 6th edition and I received a 7th edition.
. About the Author Robert J. Professor Aalberts serves on the Board of Directors for the Vestin Group, MVP Realty Advisors, a Real Estate Investment Trust. The author of numerous books and articles, he has received several research awards, including the Faculty Recognition Award from the University of Michigan and the Hoeber Award from the Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
