DESCRIPTION:
too much ground covered This book is prevented from being a practical guide by covering too much ground in one volume. A better approach would have been to divide the content into two volumes - one for teachers only. While it is a good thing to review case law, I would have found it more helpful if it had included steps for remedy.. Survey All was well with the book I purchased. Although, I wanted to purchased a used book there were not any available at a good price.. Happy buyer! Book was in great condition! Really appreciate being able to buy at a lower price than the school offers. Thanks!
