What happened between the first two books and this one? I had to put this book down a third of the way in. The characters were totally ghetto and very annoying. Who behaves this way???? If people kept giving me unsolicited religious advice and spoke to me like I was some brainless ninny even though I'm a respected business person, I'd run in the other direction. Ugh, too overbearin. It had some interesting characters, but I would have liked to known what happened with the characters from Ms Bowen's first two books.
